Cozumel Ferry Service From Playa Del Carmen & The Riviera Maya 

Passenger Ferry Service:

There are two ferry companies that provide the service between Cozumel, Playa Del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, Water Jets Mexico (blue and white) and Ultramar (yellow and blue). The crossing takes about 35 minutes and departs every hour on the hour from the main pier on each town.

The first passenger ferry service from Playa Del Carmen to Cozumel starts at 7:00 A.M. The last passenger ferry service from Cozumel to Playa Del Carmen leaves at 9:00 P.M. Everyday including Sundays.

The price is $160 pesos (approx. $14 USD) each way for adults or $105 pesos (approx. $9 USD) for children.

Important Note: Always buy one way pass. The two companies that provide these services run every other hour and the passes aren't transferable or refundable.
